1. How do I know my size?

Our products are available in 2 different sizes, kids and adults. Kids size fits children aged between 4 and 10.

2. Can I order bigger or smaller size which is not available on the website? 

No. Currently we only have two sizes to choose from.

3. Is there any limit on number of masks we can order?

Currently there is no limit on order quantity. However, larger orders might take longer to prepare and deliver. Please get in touch with us. We would love to help you.

4. Can I start wearing my mask once it is delivered?

Absolutely. Your mask has already been disinfected and packed in a clean clear plastic bag for you to start wearing it right away.

5. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard delivery usually take 3-5 business days from the shipment date. However, it depends on the distance as we ship all your order from Sydney.

6. How to reuse my mask?

After wearing it in a public place, your mask needs to be removed carefully by using the elastic part. Then you can wash it in a warm water with soap. We suggest you dry it naturally and iron it before you wear it again.

7. How long can I wear my cotton masks.

We suggest you change it every 3-4 hours. Please change the masks once its soiled. We suggest you always carry a spare.

8. Will the mask save me from the Virus?

The mask is a means of reducing the likelihood of you contracting the virus. Please take adequate precautions and maintain social distancing at all time. Should you feel any discomfort/symptoms, visit the doctor immediately.

9. What is your refund policy?

Once you return the defected products to us, we will thoroughly inspect it and send an email to notify you if it is eligible for a refund or not. If approved your refund will be processed immediately.  

10. Can I exchange my masks?

Due to health and safety reasons, we offer no exchanges and no refunds on purchased masks.
